By purchasing this DTF printer, buyers understand that dtf inks clog the print head more easily than any other ink. Due to lack of maintenance, printheads can become clogged, which can lead to permanent blockages if not cleaned in time.

After set up with our technician and test the print head(works perfectly) ,the printhead is not covered under warranty.

Once the buyer receives the printer and the print nozzles have been checked without any issue(must test in 7 days after delivery date), the buyer acknowledges that the printhead is functioning properly. Returns will not be accepted after that(Exception:check our return policy if buyer did not fill up ink and never use the printer).

After the printer is set up and the buyer prints perfect DTF film, the buyer admits that printhead problems are not considered defective products.

You are purchasing L1800 DTF printer set ,it comes with a 1200 Watts heater & shaker machine.

You can both print sheet film(A3+ film 13 x 19 inches ) or roll film(Maximum 13 inches width ) with this printer.

Since it does not has film control feature (Manually feed or backward the film), you only can cut the printed film after print new design(or you can print a blank design to get the previous print).

It is good for both customized order(Use sheet film ) and commercial orders (print with roll film).

Steps:

1.Print the image onto the matte side of film in mirror mode (CMYK + White ink)

2.Apply TPU hot melt powder evenly and shake the excess powder off

3.Put the film into oven until the powder fully melt (170°C /338°F, 2-5 min)

4.Transfer the image by heat press at 140°C( 284°F) for 15sec

5.Cold and peel (Remove the film gently)

AOK DTF powder shaker and dryer unit can handle up to 13.4in wide DTF film.

DTF opens the door to a wide range of choices and is capable of printing onto non-treated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, 50/50 blends, and more. It works equally well on white and dark textiles.

This all in one dtf powder shaker unit takes over by evenly spreading, then melting the needed amount of adhesive material directly onto your printed image, saving time, effort, and cost.
