We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Standard (In-Stock) Products
(Ready-to-ship, non-custom items)
You may return most new, unused, and unopened in-stock products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All approved returns require a valid tracking number.
2. Custom & Personalized Products (Final Sale)
Important: The following items are custom-made and are final sale. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom neon signs
- Custom engraved or printed pens
- Personalized banners or signage
- Products with custom text, names, logos, artwork, or made-to-order designs
- Any product manufactured specifically according to customer-selected specifications
Because these items are created uniquely for each customer, they have no resale value.
Not eligible for refunds or returns (including but not limited to):
- Change of mind / no longer wanted
- Personal preference
- Minor color, brightness, or appearance differences
- Design, spelling, or layout approved by the customer
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
4. Restocking Fees
For approved returns not caused by our error:
- A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price may apply.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A restocking fee may apply if:
- The item is no longer wanted.
- The return is due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- The item is returned without prior authorization.
- The item is refused or returned to sender.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not eligible for return or refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Processing takes 3–5 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
7. Important Notes
- Minor variations in color, brightness, or appearance due to screen settings or handmade production are not considered defects.
- Proof approval confirms spelling, layout, and design accuracy.
- Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
